Starting in 1992, the United States began making a Silver Proof Set in addition to the regular Proof Set.
These Silver Proof Sets contain a Dime, Quarter and Half Dollar made out of 90% silver. Several of these Silver Proof Sets had relatively low mintages and they’ve seen remarkable price appreciation.
This set also includes: Sacagawea The Golden Dollar and the five state quarters of: Montana, Washington, Idaho, Wyoming and Utah.
The set also includes 4 $1.00 Gold Presidential coins of: George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison
