Calpyso Coffee
Ingredients:
4 oz hot coffee
1 1/2 oz Tia Maria
1/2 oz dark rum
2 oz heavy cream
1 1/2 oz Tia Maria
1/2 oz dark rum
2 oz heavy cream
Directions:
Pour the coffee into an Irish Coffee glass. Add the liquors and stir. Float the cream on top.
