A nation still in the infancy of it's independence,
Slovenia was admitted as a member of UEFA
and FIFA in 1992, one year after declaring its
independence from Yugoslavia. 

Notes:
Ty created Champion to celebrate the 2002 FIFA World Cup soccer tournament. Each Champion Beanie Baby wears the flag of one of the teams on its nose and has a hang tag with information about that country.
